Jim Daniels ("JD) is one our Star Mentors team members that brings a special
value to the stage. He has been a superstar in the success of many top large
market radio and network stations through out the United States. Jim is currently
the Director of Marketing/Promotion for All Pro Broadcasting, a popular southern
California alternative station. He has held the position as Program Director,
Music Director and extremely active in talent development; internet marketing
and event promotion. JD is an extremely popular ON-AIR host as well. His
history as an ON-AIR personality has brought him to the forefront of radio
programming landing him the prime time jobs at some of the most progressive
radio stations. This includes WOW-FM. JD currently sits on the new music panel
at his station and still does a weekend on-air shift just for fun! He also heads up a
radio intern program which he believes is the best in Southern California. JD
worked with Howard Stern, Adam Corolla and many others at the legendary
KLSX. He also worked with CBS Radio as host for Houston's new Young
Country Station where he turned the country music world on its ear. Fox Sports
Radio Network needed a spark plug for their sports/talk network and inked JD
for the job, he quickly became one of the most popular hosts on the network
accumulating over 200 affiliate cities. His successes are countless and for the
inspiring artist or talent that needs the insight into how radio business is conducted,
music is selected and promoted, programming is formulated and how radio
stations and radio networks can benefit the aspiring artist, JD is the right man for
the job. Many of his interns have gone on to become successful full time on-air
radio hosts, reality TV line producers, promotions managers, concert
photographers, club promoters, and of course recording artists. Jim is a fine and

team. If their is someone who's talents have touch most people world wide it is Gaye
Delorme's. Gaye is one of the most recorded aural artists on the North American
music scene today. This Grammy-nominated songwriter worked for many years
scoring films for Columbia Pictures. Gaye has produced such superstars as K.D.
Lang and Jann Arden and co-produced several artists in Los Angeles with critically
acclaimed composer David Foster. His kickin' hit country song "Rodeo Songs", has
become one of the household ground breaking hit songs that has been recorded by
the who's who in the music industry.
Gaye is not just a world renowned Producer/Songwriter but one of the finest guitarist
the music industry has seen. Stevie Ray Vaughan described Delorme as "One of the
best". He has played with many musicians and groups including Jann Arden, the
Powder Blues Band, Lenny Breau, David Foster, Airto Moreira, Billy Cobham and
Stanley Clarke. In 2006 he was accompanied by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra
for his performance of Joaquín Rodrigo's Concerto de Aranjuez. Gaye also is the
mastermind behind many of Cheech and Chong's monumental hits, such as Cheech
and Chong's anthem song "Earache My Eye". His long-running association with
Cheech and Chong continues today and keeps him busy contributing musical magic to
their new movies, current recording projects and live performances.
