We offer a "No Questions Asked" Refund Policy for all tickets purchased on our website up to 96 hours before any
scheduled event. No refunds will be given after that time unless a cancellation occurs as described below. However tickets
are transferable. Please read the following terms and conditions of this policy carefully:
A) If in the event a scheduled event is cancelled for any reason you will receive a refund of the full amount of your ticket or
the full amount of the original deposit that had been made. You will receive your credit within 5 working days from the time
of notice of such cancellation in the same form that the original payment was made (Credit Card or Check). You will be
notified immediately of such cancellation at the e-mail address and by the telephone number you provided at the time of
purchase, making your deposit or during submitting your reservation. Star Mentors reserves the right to cancel an event at
any time and for any reason. Any additional expense that may have been uncured by the ticket purchaser other that the
actual ticket price will not be subject to claim and the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
B) If the event is not cancelled but postponed you will also be immediately notified of such and will be given the opportunity
for a full refund as described in A above or choose to attend and apply your credit to that rescheduled event date.
C) Once the event has started no refunds will be granted for any reason even if an individual my disagree with the topics,
presentations, or seminar content being presented. No refunds will be given for day of event sales or walk-ups once the
event time begins.
